Getting there

Working on both sides of the river

Part of our area sits on the east bank — Beacon, Fishkill, Cold Spring, Nelsonville and Garrison — which means crossing at the Bear Mountain Bridge or the Newburgh–Beacon Bridge. It is a normal part of scheduling here and it is worth mentioning when you call so we can plan the visit sensibly.

The terrain matters too. Properties on the slopes around the Hudson Highlands often have steep or awkward roof access, and staging a masonry repair on a hillside lot is a different job from the same repair on a flat suburban plot. It is one of the things we look at during the inspection rather than discovering on the day.
