The Village of Washingtonville is in the Town of Blooming Grove, Orange County, with its own village code and building department.
Its housing is the newest of any town we cover. Census estimates put the median home as built in the early 1980s. About half were built in the 1970s and 1980s, and very few before 1940. Some are townhouses, and some are manufactured homes.
