Privacy Policy

What this page covers

This policy explains what happens to information you provide when you contact Chimney Sweep Cornwall NY through this website. It was last updated on 16 September 2026.

Information we collect

This website does not host a contact form, does not run analytics or advertising scripts, and does not set cookies. Nothing is collected automatically as you browse.

We receive information only when you choose to send it to us — by calling (845) 685-9779 or emailing info@chimneysweepcornwallny.com. That will typically be your name, contact details, the address where the work is needed and a description of the problem.

How we use it

We use it to respond to your enquiry, arrange a visit, carry out the work and follow up about it. We do not sell it, rent it or share it for marketing.

Who we share it with

We share your details only where it is necessary to do the work you have asked for — for example with a supplier arranging a delivery to your property — or where we are required to by law. Email sent to us is handled by our email provider in the ordinary course of delivering it.

How long we keep it

We keep records of work carried out for as long as we need them for business and legal purposes. Enquiries that do not result in work are not kept indefinitely.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@chimneysweepcornwallny.com and we will deal with it.

Links to other sites

Where this site links to another website, that site's own privacy policy applies to anything you do there.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new date.
